A new client was not allowed to register the company name that they wanted to use in the Companies Registration Office. We advised the client to set up a company with a different (allowable) name and register a business name (owned by the company) with the name that it wanted to use, being the company name without Limited.
The Results
The client successfully registered a new Irish company and a business name and trades under the business name.
